Last Friday, at North Abraxas, the waitresses really ran the h*ll out of themselves – like any other Friday I guess – because the food my company and I ordered was served just when ready. Meaning our 6 dishes were served separately, with a few minutes in between. Stressful? No. It was a scene, rather, because the other guest were treated in the same North Abraxas way: the personnel running like crazy just to get the guests really full.
We ordered the aubergine in tomato and tahini sauce, baby zucchini, burnt cauliflower, zucchini pizza, green beens in garlic and lemon and then the grouper which was literally on fire when arriving. And just like any other night in Tel Aviv, for us that is, we began with a glass of Cava.
We couldn’t move afterwards, because of the food, not the Cava, but it was worth it.
